Mold Remediation in Miami Beach, FL
The residence had some mold growth develop in the walls of a ground level bedroom and the bedroom's closet. The before picture shows mold growth at the bottom right side corner. Directly to the right on the other side of the wall is the bedroom. Drywall is a common host for mold amplification, because it contains organic ("cellulosic") elements that the spores use as food. Combined with water, mold only needs the addition of these organic elements to grow. Because the spores are so tiny, the faintest of air currents can send the spores airborne -- that's when they become of the biggest concern, as they can enter the breathing space of unsuspecting occupants.
