Miami Beach Sewer Backup

This Miami Beach home was moderately affected by sewer back-up that came up in both bathrooms. In one of them, the backup also spilled out the hand sink and ran into the floor. The good news is our 1^st responders were able to determine, with use of their moisture meters, that the seepage did not go out beyond the bathroom. This allowed the wood flooring that was contiguous throughout the unit to be saved. Thereafter, our staff disinfected the plumbing fixtures and floor, and thoroughly cleaned the bathroom. The occupant, a tenant who had just moved down from New York, was delighted that he was able to remain in the residence without health risk!
