Classroom Water Damage

This classroom's flooded carpet was caused by the cap of an air conditioner accidentally being left off after some maintenance to the unit was completed.  SERVPRO of Miami Beach was called in to handle this mitigation as quickly as possible to get this classroom up and running again.

In the before picture, there is a large circular outline on the carpet from the pooling water.  The after picture shows the end of the mitigation process.  At this stage, the water has been extracted, carpet cleaned, deodorized and monitored with moisture meters until the materials return to acceptable drying goals. And the students we able to utilize the classroom not knowing it was every apart of a water loss.
