We'd rather dry it out for our customers so it doesn't become a mold problem - this is the optimal scenario for everyone involved! However fully half of our business is helping customers when mold has developed and grown. A lot of times customers, eager for a quick an easy solution, ask us: "Can't you just spray some stuff on it?" To our surprise, some competitors will tell them "Yes we can." It is important to note, however, that the guiding principle of a proper mold remediation is to REMOVE the mold, not kill the mold. "spraying some stuff on it" at best will kill the mold. However dead mold can possess toxic features. Beware of providers who tell you there's a quick an easy solution to mold remediation.
