Fire & Water - Cleanup & Restoration

When Hurricanes Strike Miami-Dade County, Miami Beach Cleans & Restores Homes

Our Miami Beach restoration team found a survey of hurricanes in the Atlantic Basin from 1871 to the present day. They learned that our area is the 12th most likely city/island to suffer from hurricane damage; further, if the survey listed included only hurricanes rather than severe storms, we’d place even higher (not sure that’s a comfort) on that list. Hurricanes promote storm surges where ocean or bay waters flood streets and property; they also promote other kinds of floods, spawn tornadoes, and allow detention and retention ponds to overflow. Outside of water damage, hurricanes may lead to fire damage, battered roofs, the spread of mildew (and other types of mold/microbial growth), vegetation, and a medley of other biohazards.

Our emergency crews at Miami Beach are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year; while we’re especially attentive during the lengthy hurricane season (June through November), we’ve all seen hurricanes wallop the area during other months. We are, therefore, always alert to the possibility of severe storms and their accompanying damage.

When floods, fire damage, or other types of hurricane damage menace your property, call our Miami Beach office at 305-532-5411.

We arrive quickly to ease anxieties and get rid of the water and other hazards that are so very destructive, preventing further harm. Miami Beach is accredited, experienced, superbly rated, and Here to Help® restore your property to pre-damage functioning. We are in your corner. Don’t worry about the size of the hurricane, the extent of the damage, or the time that you call; we have the dedication to handle even partial-room disasters (called “disasters” for a reason) and the resources to manage even the widest spread devastation.
